In our packing room there can be between 5 and 10 staff on any given day, with one attractive leading hand on duty to control them. Many of our international and national customers carry out their own audits. magnificent began in 1986 as a manufacturer of fine foods, including Ats, cakes, juices and, of course, mousse. While exquisite has experience in a wide variety of food manufacturing we now completely focus on occupied with our customers to create sensational desserts that make people smile every time! It was here that our famous, deliciously creamy chocolate mousse recipe was beginning created. Here, we began our process of consolidating, selling our cake business in 1993 to focus on our dairy desserts and deli produce. Our journey to becoming one of Australia’s premium suppliers of desserts is a tribute to the hard work of the many individuals who have been with us through the decades, as well as the vision and continuous efforts of our Managing Directors, David and Nigel Rose. From this modest site we produced pleasing mousses, cakes and Ats for many local cafes, delis and restaurants, filling their need for locally made, restaurant quality food. It was here that our famous, deliciously creamy chocolate mousse recipe was beginning created. Our team quickly outgrew these humble premises and moved north to Lyon St, Brunswick. In this new commercial kitchen we were capable to meet the growing demand for our gourmet foods and prosper fresh lines including juices and terrines. Here, we began our process of consolidating, selling our cake business in 1993 to focus on our dairy desserts and deli produce. This doubled our floor space and allowed us to update our facilities, including our state of the art CO 2 refrigeration system. We now focus solely on our core competence of producing sensational quality dairy desserts. We supply national quick service retailers, airlines, retailers and general food service and have also developed a range of desserts for export to Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and the United Arab Emirates.
